We’re collecting facts, links to research, and other material to help dog owners lobby for a better deal for their dogs.
Here’s an example: In Christchurch, New Zealand they have a fabulous dog park called The Groynes. Read the details at Run Spot Run. In Wellington, New Zealand though, the dog parks are scrappy bits of land, sometimes beside major roads, and often with no facilities — not even a rubbish bin.
We’re gathering information and support to lobby the Wellington City Council for better dog parks.
